Mission

Crystal Rice established Black Economic Exchange Group  in 2017 mission is to cultivate, and rebuild Black Wall Street one brick at a time! The goal is to employ, showcase Black Owned Businesses, black owned nonprofit organizations that have displayed Outstanding  customer services in their community.  Black Businesses must meet, and maintain Good customer services  in order to continue to be listed on the Black Economic Exchange Group. Customer services standards that need to be met is as follows:
1. Create good customer service experiences! Examples include greet every customer, provide good communication, and empathy for every customer that comes into their establishment.  Be kind, and courteous when customer calls or inquire about goods and services. Have staff that will also provide good customer service.
2. Provide quality products or service this would include food, delivery timing of products, and quality of the product examples include: the delivery time of goods, services, and the quality of the actual product.
3. Black Businesses must have achieved low conflict resolution
